Sean is the General Counsel at The House Fund, where he brings a wealth of experience in legal and corporate governance.

Before joining The House Fund, Sean was an attorney at Orrick, specializing in securities transactions, corporate governance, public company reporting, and restructurings. His career also includes over five years at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem Inc.), where he supported the regulatory compliance and legal teams. Additionally, Sean spent nearly a decade scaling a family-owned environmental consulting business.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys lightsaber duels with his son, spearheading princess tea parties with his daughter, and preparing the finest matcha lattes for his wife.
