What’s a little-known secret about you?
As my mom says, I was born a "fighter" at 3 pound 10 oz just over 2 months early. As I've matured, this fighting spirit has shined through when I set my mind on a goal or identify an injustice. Good news... I'm no longer 3 pounds.

The opportunity to support fellow Bears turn their vision of solving an important problem into a reality motivates me. I'm excited to see the impact and social good we can have on the Berkeley community and world in partnership with our portfolio companies and investors.
Bio

After graduating from the Berkeley Haas Undergraduate Program, Kristen spent five years working closely with tech companies in the Bay Area as a trusted commercial real estate advisor. Most recently, she was a Director at Raise (a portfolio company of The House Fund).

Among many of The House Fund’s portfolio companies, Kristen is grateful to have had the opportunity to support over 180 venture-backed startups, including Airbnb, Cruise Automation, Flexport, Soundcloud, Hinge Health, Standard Cognition, Nova Credit, Gem, Human Interest, Divvy Homes, Hearth, Prime Roots, and Travelbank, with transactions spanning 1.25M square feet and $392M in rental obligations.

With an in-depth understanding of the needs of rapidly growing companies, Kristen discovered a deep passion for supporting companies build at the earliest stages. When not working, Kristen can be found on the golf course, painting, or picnicking anywhere with a view of the water.
