Annie Tsai is CEO, Founder at ETC, and a Part-Time Partner at The House Fund.
She was previously Chief Customer Officer at DoubleDutch (event engagement platform, raised $70M+ from KKR, Bessemer and others). In that role, she led customer success, customer operations, account management, and people operations through the company’s evolution to a SaaS platform model.
Prior to DoubleDutch, Annie was Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Customer Officer at Demandforce, where she helped establish the company’s market leadership position that led to its acquisition by Intuit. Before that, she led customer experience at PGi, the world’s largest dedicated provider of collaboration software and services.
Through ETC, Annie consults early-stage to scaling software companies on go-to-market, operations, and customer success.
Annie graduated from UC Berkeley with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree focused on New Media and Communications. She also received a Minor in Contemporary English Literature.
Outside of work, Annie is an ardent advocate for improving student outcomes and support for the arts in public education and increasing the supply of affordable and workforce housing in San Mateo County.
